We currently deliver across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak through our trusted courier partner J&T Express.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Within Same City: 1–3 business days
Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days
Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the actual parcel weight.

Peninsular Malaysia
Starting from RM 8
Charges increase according to parcel weight.
Sabah
Starting from RM 15
Shipping fee varies depending on parcel weight.
Sarawak
Starting from RM 13
Shipping fee varies depending on parcel weight.

For parcels above 10kg, additional courier charges will apply based on the courier's current rate.

The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
